TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before participating in the contest.

The Terms and Conditions apply to all Participants of Spinning Power Zone 2023 by Spinning Malta (Organizer) ‘Win the Golden Ticket’ Contest (Contest) on The Spinning Malta Facebook and Instagram pages. The Organizer has the rights to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in the Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Organizer reserves the rights to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Contest. By participating in the Contest, the Participant agrees to be bound by the official rules and regulations and the decisions of the Organizer.

The Organizer is not and shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunction in connection with the Contest. The decision from the Organizer on all matters relating to the Contest is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.

Participants are to agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below:

Eligibility

The Contest is open to everyone at time of Contest. Employees of Spinning Malta, its subsidiaries and affiliates, agencies or any company associated with the activity and Contest and / or the immediate family members of such persons are prohibited from entering. The Participant will need to be 18 years old and above to enter.

Contest Criteria

Facebook
1) Participants are required to like and follow The Spinning Malta Facebook page. facebook.com/spinning.malta
2) Participants are required to tag THREE (3) friends & tell us “What will you bring to paradise?” in the comment section
3) Participants are required to share the Contest post to their FB feed.
4) Participants are required to set their Facebook shared post profiles to public.

Instagram
1) Participants are required to follow The Spinning Malta Official Instagram account. @spinningmalta
2) Participants are required to tag THREE (3) friends & tell us “What will you bring to paradise’ in the comment section.
3) Participants are required to share the Contest post to their IG  & tag @spinningmalta
4) Participants are required to set their Instagram shared post  to public.

Participants on both Facebook and Instagram are not limited in the number of entries, so any one Participant may comment any number of times.

Participants must fulfil ALL the criteria as stated above and submit their entries on time. The Management’s decision is final and binding. Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) prize.

To foster a positive sharing atmosphere, Participants are encouraged to post positive reviews only. Any other constructive feedback is welcome, and can be shared with the Management of The Spinning Maltavia Facebook PM / Instagram DM.

Contest Duration

The Contest starts on 15th November (Tuesday) and ends on 29th November 2022 (Tuesday), 06.00 pm. Any entries submitted past the mentioned deadline will be deemed invalid.

Prizes

There will be 1 (one) winner of the  following prize:

• The Golden Ticket for the Spinning Power Zone 2023 event. The Golden ticket gives the access to the following activities during the Spinning Power Zone 2023 event :
• Dine with us experience on Thursday 22^nd June 2023 – Opening Ride and dinner
• The mystic Mountain on Friday 23^rd June 2023
• The weekend at Hondoq Bay 24^th and 25^th June 2023 – The Sunrise Ride, Yoga session, Sunset Ride, Sunday Spinning Marathon solo bike.
• The boat trip on Monday 26^th June 2023

The Ticket doesn’t incudes any type of accommodation, transport or food. all additional expenses are on the side of the winner.

Winner Announcement

The winners will be announced via an Announcement Post on The Spinning Malta Facebook and Instagram pages on 29th November 2022 at 9pm (Tuesday). The winner will be picked by the Random Giveaway Winner Generator. 

Winners will have to get back to us via private message on Facebook Messenger / Instagram Direct Message not later than 30th November 2022 (Wednesday), 9pm to arrange for prize redemption. If we do not hear from you by then, another winner will be selected. The following personal particulars will also be requested for verification purposes: Full Name as per Mobile Phone Number and VALID Email

Prize Collection

Prizes will be delivered to the winner via email. The winner should confirm receiving the ticket within 48 hours. To validate the ticket the participant will need to fill out the registration form provided by the organizer.

Participation in the Contest implies that Participants agree to all the Terms & Conditions as herewith stated. Any Participant caught using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified. If necessary, Spinning Malta is entitled to shorten or extend the Contest Duration without prior notice.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

In the event the winner fails to join the Spinning Power Zone 2023 event, he/she waives all claim and rights to the prize, and the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the Management.

In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable, Spinning Malta has the right to replace the prize with another product of similar value. The winner cannot transfer the prize t another person or participant. 

Privacy Policy

• By participating in the Contest, the Participant is deemed to have given consent to the Organizer to collect, use, disclose and store all necessary personal data of the Participant for the purpose of organizing the Contest.
• The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by contact the Management of Spinning Malta via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. By doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation in the Contest.
• The Organizer will use its best endeavours to keep all personal data of the Participant under the Contest strictly confidential except for the names of the Winners which will be on Spinning Malta official Facebook and Instagram pages.
