Terms and Conditions for Unlimited Studio Membership: foundation membership

for one month

1. **Membership Package:** The membership package offers unlimited classes for a monthly fee of 75 euros, valid for one month from the date of purchase.

2. **Unlimited Access:** Members enjoy unrestricted access to all classes offered in our studio throughout the duration of their membership.

3. **Booking Policy:** All class bookings must be made through the studio's booking app, with a minimum booking requirement of two hours prior to the scheduled class time.

4. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations must be made at least two hours before the scheduled class time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the class.

5. **Inclusive Benefits:**
- Free water with the purchase of our Spinning® water bottle.
- Complimentary coffee.
- Free PST (Personal Spinning® Threshold Test) once a month.
- One free entrance for a friend per month, valid during your membership

6. **Membership Freeze and Extension:** Memberships cannot be frozen or extended beyond the one-month period.

7. **Class Booking Limit:** Members are allowed to book one class per day. If there are two consecutive classes, members may join the second class if space permits, giving priority to other members.

By purchasing the unlimited membership package, members agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. The studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
